for the Myrunning mobile application and webb

This Privacy Policy describes how information about you is collected, used, stored and disclosed by Myrunning Scandinavia AB, company organization number 559194-9572, when you use the Myrunning service, which consists of a mobile application (app) and a web-interface (hereinafter referred to in the text as Myrunning).
Please read this Privacy Policy before using and submitting any personal information in Myrunning. Through such use or conduct, you give your consent that your personal data is processed in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. 
Personal data
Personal data are any information which are, directly or indirectly, related to an identified or identifiable natural person. Examples of personal data are name, an identification number and address.
Personal data collected and used
When creating an account and profile at Myrunning, personal data is collected. The personal data provided by you is collected, stored and used in accordance with this Privacy policy.
Myrunning Scandinavia AB stores and uses the following personal data about you:
• Email address and password
Your email address and password are stored when you create your account to be able to log in. The purpose of processing your email address and password is to maintain the security of your account and to be able to contact you. Your email address is also stored to allow you to link your training results with your friends or to allow your friends to send you friend requests.
• Location data
The purpose of the processing of location data is to be able to calculate the distance according to the activity (walking/running) and associated calculations that depend on this information. Location data is also used to show a map of where your activity has taken place. Location data can be used anonymously along with other people's data to improve calculations.
• Body height, weight, year of birth, gender
The purpose of using this personal data is to be able to calculate different results and movement measures after an activity.
In order for calculations of all your results to take place, you need to give us access to this personal data. Myrunning will not work fully unless you give your consent to the usage of this personal data.
• Name
You can enter your name in the user profile in Myrunning.
The name can be used in Myrunning to personalize the interface and it is shown to friends and the groups you have chosen to be a part of.
Sharing of personal data
The personal data we process about you is not transferred or shared with third parties. If, on the other hand, a service provider needs information to be able to perform a service requested by us, for example to be able to send an email or handle an order, the required information will be shared.
However, we may also share your personal information with third parties provided that we are required to do so by law. We will not transfer your data to a country outside the EU.
You can choose to share personal information in the form of training results and location data in Myrunning with your friends or with groups you have chosen to be part of. You are responsible for, and handle, what data you share and with whom in Myrunning.
Retaining personal data
The legal basis for processing your personal data is consent. Consent is given by having accepted this privacy policy in connection with creating an account and profile on Myrunning.
Your personal information will be stored as long as the account is active. If the account is deleted, only anonymized movement data is saved for research purposes and to improve calculations.
Your rights
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the treatment of your personal data at any time. A revocation does not affect the legality of the treatment before the consent was revoked. The withdrawal of consent is done by deleting the account yourself via the app. All personal data will be deleted in connection with this and cannot be recreated. 
If you reside in the European Union or U.K., you have the right according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or U.K. Data Protection Act 2018, to contact us if you want information about the personal data stored about you, to request correction, transfer or to request that we limit the processing, or to object. You do this by contacting us at info@medorehab.se. We will notify you within 30 days of receiving the request as to whether and, if so, to what extent, we will comply with your request. If for any reason we don’t comply with your request, we will provide you with the reasons.
If you have a complaint about our processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For more information about these rights visit the European Commission “My Rights” page related to GDPR.
Amendments to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be changed from time to time in order to keep pace with the Myrunning development and to stay in line with prevailing EU legislation. The last updated Privacy policy will always be available on the Myrunning website and in the app.
